Our 4 week program is designed to get into advanced techniques and drill work to advance your game on the field. Athletes will be able to develop their skills, compete, and have fun all at once. Grades 5-12 are able to participate in these events. Contact for 1 on 1 training prices.

Flo Sports Academy offers a number of services including 1 on 1 Personal Training, Small and Large Group Training, High School Team Training, and Youth Sports Team Training.
We also offer a gym membership for open gym time and a program design membership.
